What Vaelo is

Vaelo is coaching and lifestyle guidance — a coach in your WhatsApp that helps you with food, movement, sleep and habits, with certified human experts behind it. Vaelo is not medical treatment, diagnosis or prescriptions, and it never replaces your doctor. When something needs a qualified medical professional, your coach will say so plainly and point you to one.

Your membership

• Start — free. Your first week: a day-one conversation, your written audit (yours to keep either way), and a full week of coaching. No card, no countdown, no catch.
• Rhythm — €19.99/month. Unlimited messages with your coach, 24/7 — and he texts you first. Send photos of meals or training, get your plan reshaped weekly around your real life, and have habits, streaks and progress tracked automatically.
• Peak — €229/year. That's €19/month billed annually. Everything in Rhythm, plus one included session with a certified physio or nutritionist (worth €95), 20% off any further sessions (€76 instead of €95), and a founding member number.

Billing

Rhythm is charged monthly; Peak is charged annually. Both renew automatically until you cancel. All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. We'll never move you to a paid plan without you choosing one.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime, in two taps, from settings — no retention maze, no cancellation fee. Your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, and then simply stops. We'd rather earn the stay.

Human sessions

Human expert sessions are an add-on to any plan: €95 per session (€76 for Peak members), booked separately. Sessions run 1h–1h30, online or in person, and are delivered by independent certified physios, trainers and nutritionists — briefed by your AI coach first. Anything beyond their expertise is referred to a qualified medical professional.

Your responsibilities

• Give your coach accurate information — the coaching is only as good as what you tell it.
• Consult a doctor for anything medical. If your coach suggests you see one, please take that seriously.
• Keep your membership to yourself — your account and your coach's memory are personal, not shared.

Our responsibilities

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, keep your coach available around the clock as far as we reasonably can, and protect your data as set out in our Privacy Policy. Your conversations are private by default and never sold or used for ads.

Fair use

Your coach is for you — personal, individual use. Automated access, scraping, reselling, or abusive behaviour toward the service (or the humans behind it) may end the membership. We'll always talk to you first unless the abuse makes that impossible.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material in these terms, we'll message members before it takes effect — plainly, with what's changing and why. Continuing to use Vaelo after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
