Private by default

What you tell your coach stays between you and your coach. Your conversations are never sold, never used for ads, and never shared with employers, insurers, or anyone else. That's the default — not a setting you have to find.

Delete whenever you want

One tap in settings deletes a conversation, a week, or everything — permanently. No waiting period, no "are you sure?" maze. When you say delete, we delete.

You control what you share

Booking a human session? You decide what your coach passes along in the brief — and you can read it first. Nothing moves from the app to a person without you knowing.

The one time a human steps in

If things get heavy, you won't be alone with an app.

If someone shows signs of being at real risk, a trained member of our safety team reaches out personally — to talk, to listen, and to point to the right support. Not to judge, not to report, not to share your file.

The only exception to our privacy promise is an immediate risk to someone's life. That's it — written down, in plain words.
